Restructuring the priority table so moves like Fake Out, Focus Punch, Sucker Punch, Counter and Whirlwind maintain their positive or negative priorities due to their flavor (Sucker Punch is a cheap shot before the opponent can attack) or gameplay purpose (Whirlwind, Roar, Dragon Tail need to be low priority to prevent fast things from spamming them), but shit like regular priority moves and abilities need to be cut down a notch and be based on the user's speed. Fast priority users like Talonflame, Liepard and Whimsicott generally remain unchanged, but shit like Sableye and Klefki become neutered.
