SCEPTIIIILE!"" a quick metamorphosis turns Celebi into a Sceptile. Froakie is caught off-guard by the transformation, and gets hit by Energy Ball as a result.
"F-Froaaaaaaaa!" the ball's blast knocks him upside the head. It stings like hell, but he still gets up, it's way too early for him to go down now.
