Trying to enforce their rules and bans to the entire community. I've seen streamers going smogon rules but won't hesitate to argue certain smogon bans are dumb.
Karenfags can be noisy because smogonfags will call shit anything which isn't Scizor or Talonflame. Pachirisu was a big surprise on a VGC full of pseudos, but you see smogon pulling the no fun in every discussion about it.
The fact several Pokemon analysis are made by calculating odds when the game is so RNG heavy. Which is fine if it wasn't the level of autism the calculations can reach.
And obviously, the fact Smogon isn't an offical nintendo thing and at the end of the day is overall meaningless. Is "house rules" pretending to be official.
