>>29025334The whole point of Shell Smash is that it breaks the shell that normally restricts the Pokemon's movement. Samurott's shells aren't big enough to do that, they don't even cover its body.
Gorebyss only gets it as a technicality from Clamperl. None of Samurott's stages have a shell prominent enough to give a major boost when broken.
