R8 my character concept
>Plusle and Minun
>Ranged Support
>both are being controlled at once, giving them an above average hitbox ala Crustle. However, they have moderately high HP to compensate
The two base moves are Bestow (user lobs a healing item as a nearby foe) and Swift (long ranged attack with homing properties, shoots 4 stars of moderate damage).
Bestow can be upgraded into Helping Hand (user heals and boosts the attack of a nearby ally) or Parabolic Charge (AoE attack that steal HP from any enemy hit and divvies it up between nearby allies).
Swift can be upgraded into Baton Pass (tosses a baton to nearby foes, which slightly boosts their attack and lets you absorb damage) or Spark (long range stunning tackle)
All of their upgraded moves will be split into "Plus" or "Minus" categories that denote whether they're passive-support (Baton Pass and Helping Hand) or offensive-support (Spark and Parabolic Charge).
This ties into their main gimmick-their ability, Plus and Minus. This gives you a moderate HP and Defense boost if you choose two Plus moves, a moderate Attack and Speed boost if you choose two Minus moves, or a small buff to all four stats if you mix and match.
Their Unite Move will "Electrifying Cheer". This will give you a large area of effect upon activation while Plusle and Minun cheer the fight on. Allies in this area will be buffed in all of their stats (Speed, Attack, Defense, HP) and foes in the area will be slowly losing health.
Thoughts? I think they're a bit overtuned as is, would be open to suggestions.
