Set up 6 Curses and 1 Amnesia (you will only need one), then EQ it enough to Tera, then spam Tera Blast until it dies. If playing online, will synergize well with Seed Sower Arboliva. Amnesia is only because Pikachu will resort to spamming Thunder and one Amnesia is enough to tank for the remainder of the fight, assuming you don't get crit.
