The purple that you see are not color of aereola, but rather skimpy nipple coverings that are a part of her overall outfit, vs underclothing such as a pasty.
At first, I believed it to be an optical illusion, where she is holding fruits to give the appearnance of large breasts, however, those are indeed her breasts as evidenced by the connection from breast to lower neck, and the travel of the arms.
That image is incredibly lewd, however cannot be considered fully NSFW (depite the lack of imagination regarding the nipples) In all reality, this is a common outfit for particularly lavascious mages and witches (Which is male fantasy, or preying on the male fantasy)
