>>53213867Dynamax isn't even in natdex AG. The entire reason why it became unplayable was because of Assist and Revival Blessing. At the top of the ladder, prankster assist into revival blessing meant you could just keep reviving your mons over and over, and you essentially had to have a dedicated counter just for this specific strategy. People kept asking for revive to be banned, but they can't ban anything in AG, so they just deleted the ladder instead.
Of course, this entire thing is fucking stupid because Assist shouldn't be able to call Revival Blessing in the first place, because it's a blatantly broken strategy. They argued that since Gamefreak didn't program an exception for Assist to call Revival Blessing, it was a-okay. The issue there being that Assist hasn't existed since Gen 8 and Gamefreak wouldn't program an exception for a move that doesn't exist, and Assist is programmed to call moves by default unless a move is explicitly in its blacklist.
