If they didn't flee as soon as you found them I think it would be more tolerable but then it's just a matter of finding them once. I think that making them all like what they did with Suicune in HGSS and sorta like the birds in X&Y. You have to find them in randomly generated places but never go in to a battle you just see them in the overworld and they run maybe like 3 or 4 times then become stationary in a location that fits their personality and typing. Like X&Y but less shoehorned and annoying.
