A pokemon home account with a living dex on it, yes, all 890 pokemon in one place, it doesn't need to be in order, you just need at least one individual of every species (even mythicals) all in pokemon home.
>how to do it
An entire living dex is equivalent to 30 boxes and you need to move every pokemon (you can use mass select with the Green arrow) from one box to another example: box 2 to 1 box 3 to 2
MOVE THE POKEMON, NOT THE BOX ITSELF
After that just save an quit than log in the mobile app, the magearna should be on the mystery gift options.
To get more just repeat the process as many times as you want.
