What qualifies shitty stats? A BST of 520 certainly seems too high, and I'd argue that even Clefable's 483 is too high. Sub-450 is where I would personally draw the line, since base 75 in all stats means that you're kinda shit in every regard (75/75/75 bulk isn't enough to wall with on its own, 75 base offenses aren't enough to kill with, and 75 speed is incredibly lackluster). Even with that in mind, distribution is certainly important. Chansey sits at that 450 mark and you can't call that spread shitty at all. Further eliminating Pokemon with two or more base stats above 100 seems prudent to catch most min-maxers. This leaves things like Pelipper, Quagsire, and Alolan Marowak, but in the end, I think Diggersby is most deserving of a spot in this thread. A 423 BST puts it one point below the titans Wormadam and Mothim, and it only has a single base above the 80 mark. Despite this, thanks to its exceptional Hidden Ability, Diggersby was banned from UU during the Mega and Z-move metagames and only dropped to RUBL in Gen 8 because one of its best STAB options got snapped.
