I shamelessly admit I'm a Sinnohfetus. I played through Gen 1 and Gen 3 before, but I only got really hooked into the series thanks to DP. I always wanted a Piplup ever since I saw one in the anime, I found Palkia to be really cool and I really wanted a DS around that time. So one day, I got my first DS and a copy of Pearl for Christmas, and I never had so much fun playing a game as a kid before. My brother got Diamond, and we would do stuff like seeing who beats the game first and visit at the Umderground and do a few battles at the Battle Tower. And I was super excited when I first saw information about Platinum's announcement on Serebii. Especially after when stuff like the Battle Frontier and the Distortion World were announced.
I know DPPt has its flaws, but I just adore these games so, so much. When I'm feeling nostalgic, I play Platinum. Whenever I do a Randomlocke, the first game I usually want to play is something from Gen 4. Does anybody also feels this way about their favorite Gen or game?
