Replaying it rn after playing it a bunch when the online was still alive and deleting my file years ago. The festival plaza shit is basically dead content like the online stuff from the ds games. Handholdy af, long unskippable cutscenes, and the game doesn’t let you save at annoying times like when i have to choose my starter. I literally have to sit through a long cutscene before even choosing the starter, sit theough another one, and then im free to check my nature Etc. i can’t imagine shiny hunting in SM, it was bad enough trying to get the nature i want but i gave up and just settled for a neutral nature female bc this unskippable bs is ANNOYING. This game was good the first time around and when online was active, but now it’s so unreplayable. Also found out i basically can’t get a hidden ability starter anymore within this game, bc no trades and i don’t wanna hack. It’s such bs, these backwards decisions make me mad.
