Seriously now? I get it, there are some pokemon based on inanimate, manmade objects. However, most of them are based on good, valid themes. Porygon is based on 8-bit and code themes. Magnemite is like a tiny electrically charged fragment of metal that gained sentience. Drifloon's appearance is based loosely on a balloon.
But this? Whipped cream? Are you for real?
What, do I need to add eggs, sugar and milk to create it? Baking it in the oven will make it evolve or something?
This is a bad concept with an even worse execution. They wanted to make a fairy based on edibles? They should have just made pokemon loosely based on oran, pecha, rawst, cheri and sitrus berries. But nah, that would be too many forms.
But why do they even do this with the fairies? Why pair them together with fucking FOOD AND DESSERTS IN THE FIRST PLACE?
I wanna see magical looking beasts, magical stones, clouds of stardust, real life fairies and pixies, hell even stars like Luma being used as themes. What does whipped cream have to do with fairies?
This is way too much based on the "cutesy" theme to the point it has become juvenile and cringey.
