99% of the anthologies work like this sadly, meaning that even with everyone permission they still won't do it because reasons.
I tried looking in the sites I meantioned before but as expected I didn't find anything.
Kemoket stuff is already underprinted, I wouldn't be surprised if there were less than 1000 copies of that anthology being sold even with all those popular artists listed on the index.
