This is most likely bait but I'll dissect all these points just for the hell of it
>JRPG standard exp system that reduces pointless grinding
Having the option to turn off the EXP share is good because having the EXP share turned on can make the game a cakewalk
>Three giant wild areas you can explore free of the story and do whatever you want which grants the most freedom in the franchise
Wild area blocks you off from visiting the north half until you beat the first three gyms. I don't know about IoA or CT because I haven't played those
>50 routes, more than any other game
>40 of those routes let you freely explore
No, there are only 10. In fact, there are less locations as a whole than any other region in the franchise unless you pay for DLC, see pic related
>Most optional areas out of any game
Only the lake on route 2 and a couple of other bodies of water are optional
>Wild Area has a giant variety of Pokemon and items to get
Fair
>Full of exploration
I don't think the base game's exploration is as bad as most people make it out to be but it's definitely not as good as you make it out o be either
>Full of caves and forests to get lost in
Glimwood Tangle, Slumbering Weald, and Galar Mines aren't big enough to get lost in. I don't know what DLC's maps are like but even then it's locked behind a paywall
>Escape Rope is now a convenient key item so you don't have to pointlessly buy them
Is it seriously that much of an inconvenience for you to go to the mart and buy them? It takes less than a minute to do so
>Day/night cycle is locked until you beat the game so that the events of the story feel more immersive and realistic
Story could work just fine if the Day/Night cycle was in real time
>Wild Area has a day/night cycle to give you the option of evolving Pokemon that have a day/night requirement
This isn't worth praising because every game since gen 2 did this
