Go ahead and laugh at my garbage art but this was an idea I had for a weird water pokemon.
The first form is a little fish wrapped up in long hair/fin. I've been calling it Snairish. It's a sneaky little thief that pretends to be struggling to swim/breath and when another pokemon investigate it attacks, speeding off after taking a bite out of the other pokemon.
The second form is called Drowded.
Based off of mermaids and the inuit goddess Sedna. Has big crazy hair-hands and a bunch of hagstones embedded in her hair as barrettes. Clearly just a water themed Hatterene but I like it.
