If I had one Vigoroth, and assuming poké ball has the technology to default most of wilderness and nature of a Pokémon, I would teach him to be educated and quiet simply by letting him see him what I do everyday, and I would give him always hugs, kisses and cuddles to accelerate the effect of teaching. This isn't to show I want him to be with obligation be always quiet and introvert of course, it's just that I think can absolutely play and agitate on his own in times it's allowed.
