But he was probably referring to
continuous ban evasion, the guy posting continuous Dawn threads back in the old days was notorious for it and the mods addressed it when he (AKA The "ban-evading Dawnspammer" I mentioned earlier) finally made his own thread regarding his threads on /q/.
And thanks to the above, when a Dawn thread's OP has "Let's do it, [REDACTED]" in it, that's just asking for trouble from multiple sides.
