I lead with Pain Perdu who flexes the fuck out of Mienshao and kills it with Acrobatics. Honchkrow up next and I send in Chocolat on an Aerial Ace. Choco outspeeds, but dragon claw leaves Honch on a sliver. Steel Wing doesnt do much. Another Claw kills. Pyroar up next and I gamble and stay on. Pyroar goes for D-pulse and..... Chocolat lives on 32hp, no flinches! Eq kills.
M-gyarados.
I send in Myrtille, but for the first fucking time, Gyarados does not go for Outrage, but for Aqua Tail. I protect and heal and after living an EQ to charm, protect again. I send in Pain Perdu on another Eq, which doesnt effect me. PP encores and kablamo, Gyarados cant do shit. It dies to two High Jump Kicks!
This battle was absolute perfection! Exactly how I hoped it would go, aside from the Aqua Tail. Switching into Pain Perdu was risky, but Lysandre does tend to spam the same move over and over.
On to a suprisingly dangerous route and wulfric!
