A very simple (get it?) concept for a Mega Evolution, it basically becomes a set up MACHINE. While it starts off with very unimpressive stats, it quickly becomes capable of setting up with ridiculous defenses or speed and attacking power. Ideally, a moveset would be Outrage, Double Edge for STAB, Stockpile and Dragon Dance for it's setup. Ideally, invest all EVs in HP (for overall bulk) and Speed to basically outrun everything after a +2 Speed boost.
