Guzma strikes me as the kind of guy that treats birthdays as regular days since it reminds him of the days when he wasn't estranged from his family. Still, if you're the one celebrating his birthday and are insistent about it he'll go along with it since he knows you genuinely care about him, even if he complains that it isn't necessary to celebrate it at all.
