If you're Togekiss vs Swampert at the start of an UL matchup, don't switch into your Venusaur, you're giving their Giratina Origin a free pass to switch in and just not shield anything since they know Togekiss will just come in after and kill it anyway - yet Venusaur dies horribly to Origin if you don't shield. It's not a good spot to put yourself in.
Charm until you have enough energy for Ancient Power and pretend it's Aerial Ace - you'll normally get a shield out of Swampert if they're playing how most Swamperts normally handle that lead (pretend to have Sludge Wave twice) and your Togekiss will die with their Swampert being very low HP and you both missing a shield.
