Here's my contribution, a selection of all overworld tiles from Ruby and Sapphire, including all overworld animated tiles (like flowers, water, coastlines, etc) and all buildings.
I tried to organize them with like tiles next to each other. Tiles outlined in yellow are placeholders for animated tiles (that you can configure in Tiled or some other program).
This isn't 100% accurate to the game, some ripped tiles were modified, and others wholly created, to ensure a smooth transition to a more useful resource for an Essentials or SDK-type fangame.
Will be working on Emerald's tileset next, and then eventually FrLg. Haven't decided if they'll be separate tilesheets or added to this as a master tileset.
Some mountain ranges are still in progress on this sheet... while all tiles in the game are effectively represented here, I haven't finished making mountain terrain tilesets for every palette they featured in.
Some tiles that were otherwise solid (like grass) have been made with a transparency to enable different land/shrub combinations, but if it does't look good against some other ground texture, I have include simple color tiles that can go under them.
