I just got into the Festival Plaza not too long ago but have already run into a little bit of a problem. I decided to talk to visitors before checking out the shops and leveled up to 3 before I could figure out what any of the shops do. Sophocles wants me to replace a shop to get a new one before I've even had the chance to check anything out but I don't want to miss out on a good shop.
So my question is what do these facilities even do and are there any of them that are definitely ones I should keep?
