There's really only ONE way the dub can be saved. Literally all of the music, Quiz eyecatches, OPs, EDs, script, jokes and whatever else would all be kept along with slightly better voice actors. It might have to sacrifice being on TV but that's why streaming exists and studies show that more and more casual people are doing that nowadays.
There is no downside to this proposition and there never will be. Prove me incorrect.
