Some of my reasons:
- Adventure sync not syncing propperly
- Region locked pokémon
- Raiding (using the free pass)
- Don't want to use/buy remote passes
- convenience
- garbage spawns / spawn rates
- shiny hunting + shundo snipe comm day
- F2p game designed to take your money, why not abuse them back?
