Here is a TM and Move Tutor list for both sets of Shakespeare plants.
On the TM list, the growmeo line gets x-scissor and swords dance because of the famous sword fights in Shakespeare plays while the tuliep line gets sludge bomb and sludge wave as a reference to the poison that romeo kills himself with in the play(the tuliep line gets it for stats reasons). Echoed voice is a reference to the way stage actors project their voice.
Hyper Voice and uproar are in the tutor list for the same reason as echoed voice's inclusion in the TM list, ominous wind is a reference to the foreshadowing in the play, role play fits in with the stage actor theme, helping hand and pain split seem fitting for star crossed lovers, worry seed fits with a "comedy of errors" sort of feel.
