(Although roku directly corresponds to Vulpix, whose Japanese name ロコン/Rokon is, just like its English name, directly derived from the number. Only mentioning this because 6/5 Vulpix Day seems to be the second most popular Day.) You'd also think the *フィア ending would be 21 again. Fortunately, リーフィアの日 actually has a dictionary entry on Pixiv It seems from there that it has something to do with some official Sinnoh picture book (シンオウ図鑑), with Leafeon's picture being number 169 and 6/18 being the 169th day of the non-leap year. A bit contrived, but whatever. That's the best I've got, since online translators are terrible.Here's the Pixiv entry they're talking about:
