Here are the ending frames of Joker's forward air and ZSS' forward air, they use opposite feet, have different hitboxes and different frame data/timing, meaning not a single piece of ZSS went into Joker's fair.
You might as well say Cloud is an Ike clone because they have a similar forward air, or call Olimar a Wario clone because they both do a windup punch for their ftilt. Calling Joker a clone is a completely retarded, extremely uneducated opinion.
