Let's play a game, /vp/. You get to live in the Pokemon Universe, just like you've always dreamed. But it turns out it's just as shitty as the real world, and the amount and strength of your Pokemon is based on your life here.
>Your (not your parents or whoever you might live with's) general income decides how many Pokemon you have in your party.
>$150,000+: 6
>$100,000-149,000: 5
>$60,000-99,000: 4
>$59,000 or less:3
>College Student/Working on Minimum Wage: 2
>NEET: 1
Picking your Pokemon depends on how many you have. You have to pick these in order until you're out of slots. No legendaries or megas.
>Your first Pokemon is based on a common animal where you live.
>Your second Pokemon is based on your general occupation/major.
>Your third Pokemon is based on your pet or a pet you used to have, or another animal in your area.
>Your fourth Pokemon is based on the last non-Pokemon video game you played.
>Your fifth Pokemon is based on your favorite non-Pokemon video game.
>Your sixth Pokemon is your favorite non-legendary Pokemon.
How many evolved mons you have is based on age.
Their levels are based on your age / 2.
You also add your BMI divided by how many Pokemon are in your party, rounded up, and can distribute that number to your Pokemon however you'd like.
For example, my team would be:
>Meowth - Level 13
>Porygon - Level 18
Have at it.
