although there are still some believers out therehe might look scary at first and he did had design inspiration from infamous clown characters, but at least according to the artist, he's actually good-willed and playful than his looks appear to be. Artist behind the supposed leaks even said he liked clowns. It's more of a "misunderstood" case than anything, I guess kind of like Mimikyu now that I think about it. First image didn't detail everything on him either, lots of details were skipped due to it.
