I personally think the Litten line peaked with Torracat and really do wish it stayed on 4 legs. I remember the initial reaction to Incineroar was really mixed/negative since people who liked Litten were offput by the huge transformation from tiny kitty to macho wrestler.

Some people are using this opportunity to say that this is because Incineroar is the most popular Alola starter despite the fact that that logic is really skewed. I mean, I guess Tapu Fini is the most liked Tapu, and Lando-T is THE most popular and beloved Pokemon of all time, he has a 50% usage rating in Smogon right? His stats and typing have nothing to do with it, nope, people just love Lando.
