And that is the biggest problem with skill mons, the reliance on skill seeds. Not only they are limited (especially if you don't buy the premium pass), you'll be spending those limited seeds on an Energy 4 Everyone mon first.
Even if it is disappointing, I would rather have the legendaries be shit since getting an usable one during the event is heavily reliant on RNG with the current capture method.
