Both tims that Ash has beaten hr were close calls so she obviously never strays too far from his level. It all depends on far everyone's come since the last time Ash saw them, but I'd actually put hr above all of them. On thing's for sure, Iris may have raw power, but Korrina has raw power, skill AND planning. Beating her in a straight up power struggle isn't gonna be easy for someone like Iris. Dawn might have a better chance if she taps into her inner Ash and pulls something crazy out of the box to counter her, but Korrina might tap into HER inner Ash and counter the counter.
After all, Ash and Korrina both made a note of the fact that the two are very alike and just get each other. It's like while Dawn is what Ash would be like if he was born a sgirl, Korrina feels like what Ash would be like if he was just straight up turned into a cute and excitable tomboy.
