>>30813297>>30813163Spotlight can't target yourself, it does the opposite of rage powder in that you can only target your partner. It doesn't make your opponent hit each other either, that only works in Battle Royale.
The only thing its 'good' at is some gimmicky shit like spotlight+kings shield in doubles. You could use it in conjunction with a partners ability/bulk/typing but it's terribly situational at best.
