>>26636174, but here's an example on how GF has complimented reds with blue in the past. Note how there's almost always one color that is less intense than the other. Kyogre is a notable exception, but because the reds are only used for thin details they aren't as distracting. The colors are almost always desaturated on desaturated or saturated on saturated.
Compare to Ballio's blues and reds. They are about the same intensity, except this time the red is used for large chunks of his designs that clash with the blue body, and it mixes different levels of saturation.
