normally on a given playthrough i'll have one ace in the hole pokemon (my last one was geninja, go figure) and then like two more that are, along with my ace, 10 levels or so above my other mons. last time those were dragonite and noivern.
then i'll get some dude with roost who has some tricks up his sleeve to heal my guys up while grinding, and two... other.... guys... idk. larry and jarry.
