Pokemon based off one of these frogs, that hibernate by letting themselves freeze alive.

(Under other weather conditions, it stays the same).
Ice forme: Ice/Psychic or Water type, haven't quite decided yet. Very slow and weak attack but extremely bulky on both defenses (at least enough that it may survive a fire blast with 40% health). Usable special attack.
Water forme: Water/Psychic or pure Water type. Low defenses, extremely high attack and speed. Usable special attack.
