Since Standard is pretty much a rock-paper-scissors format all the cards outside top 5 decks see no play anywhere. There is no real non-rotating format, no cheapshit Pauper-like format etc. You either pull a full-art Vmax monstrosity or a chased Trainer or you can go fuck yourself.
