I know Arceus created the Universe but didn't Mew technically come before it, since Mew is the root of all pokemon? Or does that just mean that Mew and Arceus came into being simultaneously. Regardless, Mewtwo is practically the living embodiment of all pokemon DNA on steroids. . . .
