As far as what Pokemon are compatible to fuse, maybe make it something like by egg group.
Like pic related is a Seviper/Zangoose fusion, and both are in the Field egg group.
So it would be a Poison/Normal type with the stats being 73, 115, 60, 100, 60, 90
Ability could be like Shed Skin + Immunity, which isn't the most useful given its typing
