A raised posterior is a sign of mating acceptance amongst almost all animals, from bugs to mammals. High-heels are supposed to evoke this by slightly raising women's posteriors. In trying to keep with the playbunny theme Lopunny has a similar stance and, unfortunately, effect.
There's also that cry that I've seen described as "coquettish (bulbapedia)", "suggestive noises (/vp/)" and "getting surprise buttsex and liking it (/co/)". /tr/ described the fainting cry as "orgasmic".
I for one do not care, to me Lopunny is always that surprisingly good first shiny from Platinum.
