However, it lacks any real support: no Spikes/Toxic Spikes/Stealth Rock variant, can't learn any Screens, can't even set up weather effectively without wasting a move slot either. Some additions I would add in: Spikes, an ice version of Stealth Rock, Aurora Veil, and Ice Shard.
