this game straight up gives you a manaphy egg from a tuber on the route below sandgem, literally can get it right after you get the pokedex. and though there's lots of changes manaphy is not changed. looking through the 'special events' doc there's apparently a lot of legends handed out so uhh guess i'm just going to avoid those
