God damn the yellow early game was awkward as fuck. I lost pikachu and pidgeotto to misty of all people, and then lost ANOTHER pidgeotto. I decided to number the birds instead of giving them names. So "bird three" is now a pidgeot, and I decided to use the marowak glitch so I could get a dratini early in the safari zone. The gamble worked and my first encounter was a dratini when I fished. A bitch to train, but it has one of the most gamebreaking moves(wrap) in gen 1 so I was never particularly worried with hypno as back-up. My current team is
