it's also better off adamant since combusken is gonna have an easier time passing speed than attack
my final addendum would be that you should run vital spirit/insomnia and pass swords dance if you think you can get more than 1 attack boost off, but hustle + hone claws gives a 2.25x boost after just 1 use
(honestly just run sd anyway since delibird really needs to be at +4 to threaten anything)
