Sure they all present themselves as professionals, but its still need hit that E rating. Subtext exists though.
Sada/Turo might take the cake, but Sycamore feels the most heartless towards his subjects if you take the pokedex entries literally about mega evolution being painful in many cases.
but..mommy/daddy issues and abandoning their kid is pretty messed up.
