Unless the female bodyguards look like the bodybuilders from Colosseum and XD, people would probably think "She's a bodyguard? That's a terrible idea. I could probably beat her up." If the flavor text for encountering one can sufficiently explain the reference, then sure, it doesn't really matter. Plus, Bodyguards using both big, intimidating pokemon and smart pokemon on the same team could be a little too good, like the Brains and Brawn double battle class in one person.
