this is the biggest change to the gyms there is
now nobody has to stroke their epeen about 'my shitty defender has a bigger number than your shitty defender'
gyms can ACTUALLY have good defenders in them and you won't be gimped for no reason because of it
(if bubble didnt get cucked then poliwrath could happily defend without worrying about meaningless CP shafting him to the bottom)
this is legitimately a massive change, albeit something that should have been done day 1
this change alone ought to bring so much more variety to gyms, especially in conjunction with the one mon limit
its a shame its taken a full year for this update to come around though
